Extra days along the gregorian epoch
======================================
(C) 1999-05-25, Magnus Bodin <magnus@bodin.org>

TABLE a. Extra days
===================
Due to the length of the gregorian (and ISO) year; i.e. 365 days, each year
results in an extra instance of either one or two weekdays each year. The
cycle is the yeartypes. Note e.g. that yeartype 12 gives us a whole extra weekend.
